By accessing or using SignalMarket.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SignalMarket.ai is a prediction market analytics platform that aggregates publicly available data from third-party prediction market platforms, including Polymarket and Kalshi. The Service provides tools such as market exploration, price comparisons, scenario analysis, watchlists, alerts, a probability journal, and AI-powered research summaries.

SignalMarket.ai does not operate a prediction market, does not facilitate trading, does not hold or custody funds, and does not execute transactions on your behalf.

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

SignalMarket.ai offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.

Portions of the content on SignalMarket.ai are generated by artificial intelligence models. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or biased perspectives. Such content is provided “as is” and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content is a supplement to — not a substitute for — your own independent research and judgment.

The Service displays data sourced from third-party platforms (Polymarket, Kalshi, and others). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Always verify critical information directly on the source platform.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Some outbound links may include affiliate referral parameters, as disclosed on our Disclosures page.

All original content, design, branding, and software on SignalMarket.ai are the property of SignalMarket.ai and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Market data displayed on the platform remains the property of the respective third-party data providers.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or automated-harvest data from the Service without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Resell or redistribute Service data or features without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity while using the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNALMARKET.AI AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CAPITAL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO SIGNALMARKET.AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SignalMarket.ai and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
